Workshops

Better communication is built through practice.

Knowing what good communication looks like is one thing. Being able to do it when you’re standing in front of a room, answering an unexpected question, or presenting an important idea is another.

Stefano Cossalter’s workshops are interactive, practical, and designed around the situations professionals actually face.
Participants don’t just hear about better communication. They practice it, receive feedback, and leave with tools they can put to work immediately.
Workshops can be customized to your organization, audience, and objectives, and delivered as standalone sessions, half-day or full-day programs, or multi-session training.

PRESENT WITH IMPACT

Build presentations people want to listen to

Having good information doesn’t automatically make for a good presentation.
This interactive workshop helps participants move beyond simply delivering content and learn how to create presentations that are clear, engaging, and memorable.
Participants work with the building blocks of effective presentations, message, structure, storytelling, audience connection, vocal delivery, body language, pacing, and presence, and put those skills into practice throughout the session. These elements come directly from the presentation and storytelling curriculum Stefano has developed and taught.
Participants will learn how to:
  • turn information into a clear, meaningful message
  • structure presentations so ideas are easier to follow
  • engage an audience rather than simply speak at them
  • strengthen vocal delivery, pacing, body language, and presence
  • open and close presentations with greater impact
Ideal for: leaders, managers, sales teams, technical professionals, emerging leaders, and anyone who regularly presents ideas to others.

STORYTELLING THAT STICKS

Turn experiences and examples into stories people remember

Facts can explain an idea. Stories can make people care about it.
In this hands-on workshop, participants learn how to find, structure, and tell stories that make communication more human, memorable, and persuasive.
Rather than adding stories simply for entertainment, Stefano shows participants how to choose stories that serve a purpose, illustrating an idea, building trust, simplifying something complicated, or helping an audience see why a message matters.
Participants work with story structure, detail, emotion, humour, and the moments that turn an experience into something worth sharing. Storycrafting, humour, emotional connection, and audience relevance are all central parts of Stefano’s existing training framework.
Participants will learn how to:
  • recognize experiences that can become useful business stories
  • structure stories so they have a clear point
  • use detail and emotion without overloading the story
  • make ideas easier to understand and remember
  • connect stories back to the message they need to communicate
Ideal for: leaders, sales teams, entrepreneurs, client-facing professionals, trainers, and anyone who needs to communicate ideas in a memorable way.

CUSTOMIZED FOR YOUR TEAM

Your people, Your challenges, Your training.

Communication challenges are different from one organization to the next.
Before the session, Stefano works with you to understand who will be in the room, where communication is breaking down, and what you want participants to do differently afterward.
Workshops can be adapted for:
60–90 minute interactive sessions
Focused training around one specific communication skill.
Half-day workshops
More practice, feedback, and application.
Full-day training
A deeper communication experience combining several skills.
Multi-session programs

Ongoing development that gives participants time to practice, apply, receive feedback, and improve between sessions. Stefano’s existing curriculum already uses a progressive multi-session format moving from foundations and storytelling through delivery, message, Q&A, and final presentations.
