Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 25, 2026

Welcome to StefanoCossalter.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, programs, and products, including speaking engagements, communication coaching, public speaking coaching, workshops, consultations, training, future online courses, digital products, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By using this website or booking, purchasing, or participating in any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

1. Services

1.1 Coaching, Consulting, and Communication Training

Our coaching, consulting, and communication training services are provided for educational, informational, professional development, and self-improvement purposes only. They are not legal, financial, medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1.2 Workshops, Trainings, and Speaking Engagements

All workshops, trainings, keynote presentations, seminars, and speaking engagements are provided for educational and informational purposes. Results are not guaranteed and depend on many factors, including your effort, implementation, and circumstances.

1.3 Courses and Digital Products

We may offer online courses, downloadable resources, recordings, workbooks, templates, and other digital products now or in the future. These materials are provided for personal or internal business use only, subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services, enter into an agreement with us, or create an account on our website. By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Payment & Refunds

3.1 Payment

All fees are due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is offered in writing. Prices are listed in the currency stated at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Refund Policy

Coaching / Consulting Sessions
Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without at least 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Workshops / Trainings / Speaking Programs
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once your spot has been reserved or the program has begun.

Custom Services / Speaking Engagements
Deposits, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms, and payment terms for custom services, corporate training, or speaking engagements may be set out in a separate written agreement. Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement will govern.

Digital Products / Courses / Downloads
All sales of digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, templates, workbooks, and online courses are final. No refunds will be provided once the product has been delivered, accessed, or made available.

3.3 Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, missed, or otherwise fails to process on the scheduled payment date, the Client will be notified and payment may be reattempted automatically. Access to services, sessions, programs, courses, content, or materials may be suspended immediately until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

If payment is not successfully resolved within 10 days of the original billing date, Cossalter Sales and Management Consulting Services Ltd. reserves the right to terminate access to the applicable Service without refund, cancel any remaining unused sessions or access, and require full payment of any outstanding balance owed.

Reinstatement of access may be permitted once all outstanding balances are paid in full, at the Company’s discretion.

The Client remains financially responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination, including any applicable administrative or recovery fees. Failure to complete payment does not constitute cancellation of any booking, payment plan, subscription, or other commitment.

We reserve the right to engage a third-party collections service or pursue legal remedies for unpaid balances where permitted by law.

3.4 Subscription / Membership Cancellation Policy

If subscriptions, memberships, course communities, or recurring programs are offered in the future, they will require at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to stefano@stefanocossalter.com or through the account cancellation method provided on the platform, where available.

Cancellation becomes effective 30 days from the date notice is received, not from the next billing date. Any payments scheduled within the 30-day notice period will still be processed and are non-refundable.

Access to subscription content, programs, communities, coaching, courses, or services will continue through the end of the 30-day notice period, after which access will be terminated.

Failure to use or access the subscription during the notice period does not waive payment obligations. Subscription fees are not prorated, refunded, or credited for partial use or early termination.

Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. If payment fails during the notice period, access may be suspended, but the outstanding balance remains due.

4. Assumption of Risk and Personal Responsibility

By participating in any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results;

  • you agree to seek appropriate professional advice where needed before making legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other important decisions.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including speaking success, business growth, client acquisition, revenue, confidence, audience response, media opportunities, or personal transformation. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your experience, effort, preparation, implementation, and circumstances.

You may not share, distribute, publish, stream, forward, resell, sublicense, or provide access to any paid or unpaid materials, recordings, calls, or content to any third party without express written consent.
